“The Strict Ring Muscle up Foundations programme is a 12-session progression looking to
build knowledge and ability with the rings in order to achieve your first strict ring muscle up.
The process begins with establishing foundational positions through holds on rings, bars and
boxes – these are combined with strength building exercises away from the rings for a solid
base and build. We advise completely 2-3 sessions per week maximum. Every session is
